(1) The Supreme Court may, in accordance with Article 134 of the Constitution, order that a case pending in one High Court be heard in another High Court.
(2) The High Court may, in accordance with clause (2) of Article 145 of the Constitution, order that a case pending in one of its subordinate district courts be heard in another subordinate district court.
(3) Whether or not there is a condition to transfer the case according to sub-section (1) or (2) will be decided based on the inspection report of the relevant court, the application of the relevant party of the case or the information obtained through any other means.
